4 new electric models added to Audi's lineup.

Audi is quickly becoming a powerhouse in the electric vehicle market. At the end of 2021, they finished up with 4 new electric models, bringing their total lineup to 7 models. Audi has been at the forefront of electric vehicles since they first entered the market in 2018 with the Audi e-tron. Since then, they've released several other models, including the Audi e-tron Sportback, Audi e-tron S Sportback, Audi e-tron GT, Audi RS e-tron GT, Audi Q4 e-tron, and Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron.

Despite the worldwide semiconductor shortage, Audi is still setting a fast pace on its path to the sustainable premium mobility of the future. In the past year Audi managed to increase the sale of their fully electric cars by 57.5 percent over last year despite the difficult shortage. Audi also expanded its product line of fully electric automobiles more than two-fold in the last year.

All of these models are evidence of Audi's commitment to electric vehicles and their desire to remain at the forefront of this rapidly growing market. As we move into 2022 and beyond, it will be interesting to see what other electric models Audi comes out with!

The Audi skysphere, a spectacular roadster and the Audi grandsphere, first class jet on wheels, are two concept vehicles we hope come into fruition. Both of these concept vehicles are expected to take luxurious, completely battery electric vehicles to the next level.

Audi has a clear vision for the future of automobiles. By 2025, they plan to have more than 20 fully electric models on the market. If you're interested in buying an electric car and want to know which brands are leading this new wave, leave your thoughts below!
